Here we go again.
More reports have emerged stating that Eddie Nketiah’s future at Leeds isn’t certain as Football Insider published a story stating that Bristol City are ready to roll out the red carpet for the 20-year-old.
This comes just a week after the same site reported that Leeds are concerned about the striker being recalled.

It’s no secret that Bristol City wanted Nketiah in the summer as it came down to a choice between the Robins and the Whites as the striker’s destination, and in the end, he signed for Leeds.
However, life at Elland Road seemingly isn’t all it was supposed to be for the Arsenal loanee as he’s yet to start a single league game for the Yorkshire club since joining this summer.
That has sparked complaints from Nketiah in recent months, and reports that the Gunners are looking at recalling the youngster have seemingly put Bristol City on red alert.
Losing Nketiah would be a big blow for Marcelo Bielsa’s side as it would leave the Argentine with just one senior striker in his squad.
However, if the England U21 star left Elland Road in order to move to Ashton Gate that would sting even more.
Lee Johnson’s side are right up there in terms of pushing for a place in the top six, and if they add a striker who has been scoring at a rate of one goal every 92 minutes in the league this season, that could evolve into a push for an automatic promotion spot.
It’s not too far-fetched to suggest that Bristol will be hot on Leeds’ tails for the rest of the season.
They’re currently just three spots behind the Whites in the league table, and if Nketiah joins that will only add more pressure to United as the 20-year-old’s arrival would certainly strengthen the Robins’ squad. Arsene Wenger previously branded the striker as having ‘exceptional qualities’.
Losing a man of that ilk would be bad news, but if he goes to another Championship club, it would only rub salt in the wounds.
In other news, Marcelo Bielsa may want to consider switching his system after one man was ruled out of this weekend’s match
